Automatic Balancing System

Automatic Balancing system balances the outputs between the shell system and the Liner as well as the outputs between the Liner and conversion system, also has the function of changing end direction and storing excessive ends, thus improving the efficiency of the production line.

We could design relevant balancing system according to different end type, material and production speed. The system is consist of in-feed part, out-feed part, palletizer, mechanical gripper and operation floor, which could save labor cost, run steadily, reduce energy consumption and maintain easily.
